STUDENT PARTICIPATION PACKAGES

International Students
USD 850 per Student
- Includes Hostel Accommodation
USD 1,050 per Student
- Includes Hotel Accommodation
Malaysian Students (Non-UniMAP)
RM 1,500 per Student
- Partially Subsidised Rate
UniMAP Students
RM1,000 per Student
- 50% Subsidised by the University

STAFF / ACCOMPANYING LECTURER PACKAGES

Founding & Partner Institution
Waived (RM0)
- Maximum of 2 Representatives per Institution
External / Non-Founder Institution

CANCELLATION & REFUND PROCEDURE

Between July 2 and 8, 2026
After July 8, 2026
Inability to obtain a VISA despite early application
Serious Illness or Physical Inability to Participate

Refund of 50% (Excluding any back transfer fees)

No refund will be issued (Except in the following circumstances)

75% Refund may be granted (conditions apply*)

Note: Specific documentation, such as medical certificates or official letters, may be required to verify these conditions. Additionally, no refund will be provided if a participant is disqualified from the program due to inappropriate behaviour. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after approval.
