• Process: After submitting this form, your application will be reviewed. Once approved, an invoice will be sent to your home university's International Office Coordinator.

For students currently enrolled in other public or private higher education institutions within Malaysia.

• Registration Period: May 1 – June 30, 2026

• Process: Please ensure you have a supporting letter or nomination from your current Faculty/International Office before applying.

For active undergraduate and postgraduate students of Universiti Malaysia Perlis.

• Registration Period: May 1 – July 2, 2026

• Process: Apply directly through the internal portal using your student credentials. Standard UniMAP mobility requirements apply.

For staff representing the five founding universities (Bangkok University, Dongseo University, Josai University, Petra Christian University, and UniMAP) and established ASP partner institutions.

• Delegation Limit: Each institution is permitted a maximum of two (2) official representatives.
