Please note that registration for ASP 2026 cannot be completed independently. All applications must be coordinated through an official ASP representative at your participating home university.

1. Select Category: Visit our Registration page and select your status: UniMAP Student, Malaysian Student (Non-UniMAP), or International Student.

2. Submit Application: Complete the online application form with your details.

3. Review Period: Your application will be reviewed by the committee after the registration window closes.

4. Invoicing: Once confirmed, an invoice will be sent directly to your university's International Office Coordinator.

5. Payment: Complete the payment and send the receipt to your International Office Coordinator.

6. Letter of Acceptance: Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive your official Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

• Countries Not Requiring Visa: Citizens of most Asian countries (e.g., ASEAN nations, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, UAE, etc.) are eligible for a short-term Social Visit Pass. 
  
  
• Countries Requiring Visa: Citizens from South Asia (India, Pakistan, etc.), East Asia (China, North Korea), and specific West Asian/other nations must obtain a visa before arrival.
  
  
• How to Apply: You may apply via official Malaysian Missions (Embassy/High Commission) or through the eVisa System where available. Apply at least 4–6 weeks before your travel date.

Mandatory Requirement: Effective 1 January 2024, all foreign citizens must complete the MDAC within three (3) days prior to arrival in Malaysia.

• Exemptions: Singapore Citizens, Diplomatic Passport holders, and Malaysian Permanent Residents. Brunei Darussalam GCI holders, Brunei-Malaysia Frequent Traveller Facility Holders, Thailand Border Pass Holders, and Indonesia Cross Border Travel Document (PLB) Holders.
